Preparation
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface and add a portion of the chicken mixture and shredded cheese in the center.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
Cooking
- In the skillet, add the wraps seam-side down and cook until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Once cooked, slice the wraps in half and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve warm.
Notes
These wraps can be stored in the fridge for about 3 days if tightly wrapped. You can also assemble them ahead of time and refrigerate until you're ready to cook. For longer storage, they freeze well but should be thawed before reheating. Pro tip: Add more cheese while cooking for extra flavor.
