- Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites until no white streaks remain.
- Spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming small cloud shapes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the clouds are golden and firm.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These cloud-shaped wonders can be topped with avocado, cream cheese, or your favorite keto-friendly spread. Store in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for a month, reheating in the oven or toaster oven.
