Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, rice, cream of mushroom soup, and frozen veggies. Add any spices you like.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Top it with a generous layer of cheddar cheese.
Baking
- Cover with foil and bake for about 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. To reheat, add a splash of water to keep it moist.
