Preparation
- Dip the rim of a martini glass in water and roll it in crushed graham crackers or cinnamon sugar.
- Chill the prepared glass in the freezer.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the vanilla vodka, carrot juice, Irish cream, butterscotch schnapps, heavy cream, and a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously for 15–20 seconds.
- Remove the chilled glass from the freezer.
- Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with a curled carrot ribbon, a cinnamon stick, or a dollop of whipped cream.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh, but the mixed ingredients can chill in the fridge for a few hours ahead of time. Use fresh carrot juice for the best flavor, and get creative with rim options.
