  • 1.5 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz fresh carrot juice Use fresh juice for brighter flavor.
  • 0.5 oz Irish cream liqueur
  • 0.5 oz butterscotch schnapps Adjust for sweetness to taste.
  • 0.5 oz heavy cream Or use half-and-half.
  • 1 dash ground cinnamon
  • 1 dash ground nutmeg
  • Crushed graham crackers or cinnamon sugar For the rim.
  • Ice cubes
Garnish
  • Carrot ribbon, cinnamon stick, or whipped cream Optional garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Dip the rim of a martini glass in water and roll it in crushed graham crackers or cinnamon sugar.
  2. Chill the prepared glass in the freezer.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  4. Add the vanilla vodka, carrot juice, Irish cream, butterscotch schnapps, heavy cream, and a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg.
  5. Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously for 15–20 seconds.
  6. Remove the chilled glass from the freezer.
  7. Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
  8. Garnish with a curled carrot ribbon, a cinnamon stick, or a dollop of whipped cream.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but the mixed ingredients can chill in the fridge for a few hours ahead of time. Use fresh carrot juice for the best flavor, and get creative with rim options.
