  • 2 cups diced apples Use a mix of apple varieties for flavor.
  • 1 cup caramel sauce For drizzling on top.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar to form a crust.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  7. Fold in diced apples and cinnamon.
  8. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
Baking
  1. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set.
  2. Let cool and then drizzle with caramel sauce before slicing into bars.

Notes

These bars can be served warm or chilled. For an extra treat, pair them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. They store well in the fridge for about 5 days in an airtight container.
