  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning For flavor

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese For creaminess

For the Pasta
  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta Cook according to package instructions

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the seasoned steak tips and cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
Making the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
  2. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Cooking the Pasta
  1. Meanwhile, cook rigatoni according to package instructions; drain and add to the sauce.
  2. Toss the rigatoni in the creamy sauce.
Final Assembly
  1. Add the cooked steak tips back into the skillet, mixing everything together.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For added heat, consider incorporating cayenne pepper or jalapeƱos. If avoiding cream, use cashew cream for a vegan option. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat with a splash of cream for best texture.
