  5. Stir in the Cajun seasoning, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  6. Simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  7. Serve the mixture on hamburger buns and add any optional toppings.

Notes

Tip: Avoid soggy buns by toasting them lightly before serving. Make a big batch in advance and reheat for easy weeknight dinners. For a vegan variation, use plant-based ground meat and skip the Worcestershire sauce.
