Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the shredded rotisserie chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning until well combined.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on the wrapper and fold it according to package instructions.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the egg rolls with oil and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Alternatively, fry them in hot oil or bake at 425°F (220°C) for about 15-20 minutes until crispy.
Notes
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dipping sauce and celery sticks. For best results, spray egg rolls with oil before cooking.
