Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the brown sugar mixture over the chicken, ensuring they are well coated.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  2. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes
