  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups cubed bread
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Add the ham, cheese, bread, bell peppers, and onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.
  2. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For an even bake, run a fork through the mixture after pouring it into the baking dish. Serve hot with fresh herbs or extra cheese. If you have leftovers, refrigerate for 3-4 days or freeze for up to a month.
