Ingredients
  

For the Meatballs
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them in a crockpot.
  3. Pour BBQ sauce over the meatballs.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  2. Serve hot as an appetizer.

Notes

For a quicker meal, bake the meatballs in the oven instead of using a crockpot. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 3 months.
