Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle the slices with olive oil and toss to coat.
  5. Dip each zucchini slice into the cheese mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
  6. Arrange crusted zucchini slices on a baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Notes
