  • Honey or sweetener (optional) Adjust according to taste.

Preparation
  1. In a glass, combine the apple cider vinegar and fresh lemon juice.
  2. Add the baking soda to the mixture; it will fizz up.
  3. Slowly add the water and stir well to combine.
  4. Sweeten with honey or your preferred sweetener if desired.
  5. Drink this detox drink first thing in the morning for the best results.
