Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow dish, combine almond flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well.
- In another shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and water.
- Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, letting any excess drip off.
- Dredge the chicken tender in the almond flour mixture, pressing gently to ensure it’s fully coated.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
Notes
These tenders can be served with honey mustard or spicy ranch, and pair well with a garden salad or in tacos. The tenders keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days, and can be frozen for about 3 months. Reheat in the oven until warm and crunchy.
