Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain any excess grease.
- Spread the crescent rolls in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Top with the cooked sausage, then pour the beaten eggs over the sausage.
- Generously top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes.
Notes
For a crispy top, consider broiling for a minute at the end. Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze individual portions for up to 2 months.
