  • 1 pound mild breakfast sausage
  • 6 pieces eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain any excess grease.
  4. Spread the crescent rolls in the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Top with the cooked sausage, then pour the beaten eggs over the sausage.
  6. Generously top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes.

Notes

For a crispy top, consider broiling for a minute at the end. Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze individual portions for up to 2 months.
