  • 200 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 60 g dark chocolate for melting and dipping

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (or 350°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine sunflower seeds, salt, and maple syrup. Mix well.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and use a cookie cutter to shape the mixture into discs or form clusters.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Let cool completely before handling to avoid crumbles.
Finishing Touches
  1. Dip the bottoms into melted dark chocolate or drizzle it on top.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for about 5-7 days. These bites are already vegan if dairy-free chocolate is used.
