  • 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds Soaked
  • 1 cup Dates, pitted For sweetness
  • 125 g Chocolate Use dark, milk, or white chocolate

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Soak the pumpkin seeds in water for an hour or overnight to sprout.
  2. Rinse and drain the seeds then blend together with the dates until combined. Scrape the sides if necessary.
  3. Melt the chocolate.
  4. Line a pan with greaseproof paper, then add the pumpkin-date mixture and level it with your fingers.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the mixture, then tilt to spread it to the edges.
  6. Chill the mixture in the fridge to set, then slice into pieces.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 3 days for optimal flavor and texture. Don’t skip the soaking for better taste and easier blending!
